William and Janet Hutchings hosted a Bollinger Wine Dinner at The Bell at Skenfrith for more than 50 guests. William introduced Simon Leschallas and Antony Davis of Mentzendorff, Bollinger importers for 151 years, and Aidan Bell of Averys, Bristol who helped in selecting the
evening's wines.

The Bell's new Head Chef Andrew Birch designed a delicious tasting menu to complement the Bollinger wines. The Bell hosts a number of wine dinners during the year - check www.skenfrith.co.uk for more details.
