The Heart of Gold Ball held at Lyde Arundel raised £10,000 for the Heart Lung Transplant Fund based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at Birmingham.

The Heart of Gold Ball held at Lyde Arundel raised 10,000 for the Heart Lung Transplant Fund based at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital at Birmingham.

The event was organised by Matthew Jackson, a director of Jackson International Estate Agents in Leominster, to mark the 15th anniversary of his heart transplant. Sisters Catering of Thruxton cooked a fabulous three course meal and Bill Jackson, Matt's father, performed the auction which raised 5,000.
