Christopher and Marion Scott of Meer, Woonton and Michael and Cecilia Magill from Northern Ireland.
Martin Gordon, Mark Scott and Gareth Clayton.
Charlotte Scott and Aisling Colhoun were flower girls with Jago and Isaac Lavington and Diarmuid Colhoun the pageboys.
The service was at Belmont Abbey, Hereford, with Father Stephen, parish priest of St Thomas, Weobley officiating. The reception was at Brobury House, Bredwardine with its wonderful gardens overlooking the Wye, chosen because Jodie and Michael wanted their guests, who came from America, Northern Ireland, Dubai, Sweden, Austria and Australia, to see the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and to eat, drink and be happy.
The superb food was provided by Izzies Catering of Ross-on-Wye, with canaps cooked on a barbecue in the garden, followed by a buffet in a beautiful marquee supplied by Sean Harrison at Harrisons Marquees of Hereford.
Jodie wore a duchess satin gown with a lace bodice and long train. She travelled from Dubai to London for four fittings with the dress only arriving in Herefordshire days before the wedding. The bridesmaids dresses were in ivory slub silk with organza overskirts, made in Knighton by Irene Calverley, from measurements given over the phone, as Aisling lives in Northern Ireland and Charlotte in Australia. The first fitting was the day before the wedding but the dresses were perfect.
Caroline Ede from Staunton-on-Arrow created two simple, striking pedestal displays in Belmont and arrangements for the marquee at the reception.
Jodie and Michael honeymooned in Italy, Michaels parents gave them money to purchase an Italian work of art as a wedding gift.
