Friends and family attended the wedding of Sarah Lane and Gareth Coote on August 14th at Llanvetherine Church followed by a reception at Llansantffraed Court Hotel.

The day was full of emotion as Sarah and Gareth, who met while still at school, married at Sarahs family church, and then celebrated with a reception at Llansantffraed Court, Gareths childhood home, where he lived with his mother Paula and late father John Coote. Guests travelled from Australia, Jersey and Yorkshire, to attend the couples special day.
The theme of the day was Swarovski crystal which was carried through from the brides dress to the flowers and reception.

Sarah arrived at the church in a horse and carriage wearing a breathtaking ivory and Swarovski crystal wedding gown by celebrity designer Susan Neville. Her headdress was designed for her by Rhapsody of Swansea.

The five bridesmaids wore beautiful dresses from American company, Impressions Designs.

The flower girls wore ivory dresses designed individually for them with lily of the valley in their hair. Complementing the flower girls were the pageboys who wore beige Italian linen suits.

Gareth, Sarahs father Vernon Lane, Gareths stepfather Barry McCabe, and the best man and ushers wore grey morning suits from Extons of Raglan with accessories designed to match the bridesmaids costumes.
The floral arrangements were by designer florist Love Lily of Abergavenny. Emma Lynch created a number of stunning floral arrangements using the crystal theme with lilies and roses.

Sarah carried a waterfall bouquet, and the bridesmaids carried hand-tied bouquets of ivory roses.

The brides mother, Judith Lane, wore an oyster pink dress and jacket by Condici with a matching hat and the grooms mother, Paula McCabe, a three-piece ensemble in fuchsia and purple by Veni Infantino, from All About Eve, Chepstow.

Sarah and Gareth arrived at the reception in a white convertible Maserati that they also used to travel to Gatwick airport to fly out on honeymoon.
Guests were greeted at the wedding reception with Pimms and canaps on the lawn while the wedding photos were taking place.

The tables were decorated with elegant candelabra filld with roses and lilies and Swarovski crystals.

The wedding breakfast echoed the couples Welsh heritage with Welsh lamb followed by a trio of strawberry desserts, coffee and miniature Welsh cake and a Welsh whiskey liqueur for the favours.

The wedding cake was made by Zucchero Patisserie of Pontyclun, Wales.

During the speeches Gareth revealed the surprise honeymoon destination of Kenya to Sarah, which included a three-day safari.

In the evening guests were treated to a band, disco and a hog roast, while the younger guest played croquet on the flood-lit lawn.
