Cries go out in Bromyard
Europes loudest converged on Bromyard for the annual International Town Criers Festival. The festival usually takes place on the first Bank Holiday in May but this year, owing to host crier Peder Nielsens daughters wedding, it was held later in the month, in glorious sunshine.
The weekend included a parade, arts and crafts fair, medieval banquet and a service at St Peters Church. Overall winner was Willy Van de Putte from Ghent in Belgium.
