The Hereford River Carnival team are putting on some free workshops in April, as part of the Hereford River Carnival that is taking place on Saturday 3rd May.

Rebecca and Leo from The Carnival Arts Group are coordinating some activities for children and families, and will be working in conjunction with Anna from Wild Earth, who specialises in Forest School activities, and Sophie from Pink Elephant Circus, who runs circus workshops.

For children looking for something to do this Easter Holiday, there are Carnival Workshops, free of charge, in Hereford Library and Cathedral Close:

Tuesday 15th April: 10am to 12pm

Saturday 19th April: 10am to 12pm

Thursday 24th April: 10am to 12pm

All the workshops will be run on a drop in basis so participants can stay for as long or as little as they choose. Parents/carers will need to stay with their children at all times.

The workshops will be free of charge, and at the end there will be a mini parade around Cathedral Close so the children can show off what they have made.
