The 16 bedrooms include fine suites and garden rooms, and the three rosette restaurant and bistro are overseen by head chef, Claire Nicholls, one of the UKs premier female chefs. Her menus include the best ingredients from The Marches and produce from the hotels own Ballingham Farm. A garden terrace, with tables for coffee and dining, overlooks the peaceful Castle Moat.
