This summer Herefordshire will be welcoming the finest blind footballers and hundreds of visitors from across the globe when Hereford is the venue for the Blind Football World Cup, the biggest disability football event to have been held in the UK

This summer Herefordshire will be welcoming the finest blind footballers and hundreds of visitors from across the globe when Hereford is the venue for the Blind Football World Cup, the biggest disability football event ever to have been held in the UK. The England Football Association, which is hosting the event in Hereford, invited the England Blind Football Team and Hereford United players to join schools, businesses, sporting and cultural groups from across the county to celebrate with them as they laid out their plans for the Championship, launched the website (www.blind2010.com) and outlined their campaign to create a lasting legacy from next summers world class event.
