Three Choirs Festival 2013 launch

The Friends of Gloucester Three Choirs Festival 2013 held a fundraising event for the festival at Stowell Park, home of the Vesteys, recently. Around 100 distinguished guests enjoyed a wine and canap reception as the Gloucester Cathedral Choir performed in the Ballroom, led by the festivals Artistic Director, Adrian Partington.

The Three Choirs Festival is one of the worlds oldest classical choral music festivals, rotating each year since the early 18th century between the three great cathedral cities of Gloucester, Worcester and Hereford. In 2013 the festival will take place in Gloucester Cathedral from July 27 to August 3 and will feature the Philharmonia Orchestra.
